Seriously…while we charge for our professional services (of course), we always pride ourselves in giving good value for the money. Good value in terms of the information you receive; good value in terms of the recommendations we make; good value in terms of the quality of our product. Not only that, but we’ll always treat you well.

To be in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the regulations of the American Society of Appraisers, we are always paid for our services in advance or at least before delivery of a completed report. That way the report is fully credible as an independent service.

Now about that “expertise” part. We bring it to every service we provide and share it generously. Generosity with service and expertise is, after all, the basis for success in almost any field.
